Founded in 2007, The Mortgage Factory weathered difficult times in its infancy, finding success despite the financial crash with our robust structure and customer-driven ethos. As specialist mortgage advisors, we design, package and produce mortgages as well as supporting our beloved customers throughout the entire process of assembling a mortgage!
Our mission is to give clear and helpful advice that helps you save money on your mortgage. As a broker for mortgages we have several in-store locations in Lancashire including Poulton-Le-Fylde, Lytham St Annes and Up Holland. Ignore the scared voice that says, “but there isn’t a mortgage advisor near me!” and get in contact with our additional dedicated online team, who are always ready to set up an appointment for you, wherever you are in the UK.
There may be a fee for mortgage advice: The actual amount you pay will depend upon your circumstances, with the fee being up to 1% but a typical fee is £495. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up the repayments on your mortgage.

Adam works with our customers to ensure that they and their families are adequately covered, and protected. Adam has a passion for local football, so when he’s not assisting customers, he is regularly found giving up his spare time to help out with a local female football team.

Karolyn has 25 years of experience in financial services, working for a Building Society. Jo used to work with her and convinced her to come on board with us and Karolyn hasn’t looked back since. But, the truth is we only hired her because she makes the tastiest lemon drizzle cake!
Chelcie Brightman

Chelcie originally started off with The Mortgage Factory in 2013 on an Apprenticeship, before leaving in 2017 to broaden her horizons. After a few years of exploring other industries, she re-joined the team in 2022 and has seamlessly fit back in with her not so quiet personality! Chelcie builds strong relationships with our clients, and regularly go’s above and beyond to get matters resolved.
